Seeking Nurse Practitioners for a unique, mobile wound care role focused on chronic wound management in Jefferson City, MO.

Responsibilities include conducting health assessments, ordering and interpreting diagnostics, prescribing treatments, and providing patient education, especially for wound care. Collaboration with healthcare teams and travel to patients' homes are essential.

Requirements:

• Licensed and Board Certified Nurse Practitioner
• Graduate of an accredited program, with 1+ year clinical experience or new grads welcome
• Wound care certification required or willing to obtain within 3 months
• Home health experience preferred

This part-time position offers flexible hours (4-15 hours/week) with competitive pay starting at $85/hour, up to $100/hour. It involves in-person, on-the-road work, providing a personalized, connection-driven patient experience. Other duties may be assigned based on needs.
