Job SummaryWe are seeking an outgoing and energetic deck assistant to join our team! As the Deck Assistant you will be responsible for helping to provide a safe, fun, and structured environment for program participants. The ideal candidate will be patient, fun-loving, and have experience working with youth.&nbsp; Full Time and Part time options available. Responsibilities&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Greet children and parents and welcome participants into class</li>
<li>Take attendance and help get students into and out of class safely</li>
<li>Help instructors with equipment and note taking</li>
<li>Adhere to strict safety guidelines</li>
<li>Communicate with parents about how to get answers to any questions they might have</li>
<li>Daily set up and shut down</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Team player</li>
<li>Previous experience in child care or early childhood education is preferred but not required</li>
<li>Strong communication&nbsp;</li>
<li>Certified in first aid and CPR is preferred but not required</li>
<li>Able to work on your feet for long periods</li>
<li>Outgoing and friendly</li>
