The organization focuses on scientific innovation in areas such as defense, public safety, and biomedical research. Its teams leverage cutting-edge facilities and expertise to deliver high-impact projects that solve complex technical challenges.In this role, you will be responsible for developing, reviewing, and submitting pricing proposals for government and commercial contracts. You will collaborate with technical teams to ensure cost estimates are accurate, compliant, and competitive. Additionally, you will analyze contract requirements, track proposal deadlines, and support business development efforts to maximize successful awards As part of the team, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including:

Role & Responsibility:Tasks That Will Lead to Your Success
- Review solicitation requirements and prepare compliant pricing responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and other related solicitations from government and commercial clients.
- Collaborate with internal technical, contracts, and finance teams to ensure proposals are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
- Analyze and understand basis of estimates (BOE) and cost assumptions used in proposal development.
- Develop and maintain detailed pricing documentation and cost substantiation to support proposal submissions.
- Assist with financial planning and analysis related to proposals and ongoing contract performance.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations including Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Federal Travel Regulations, and 2 CFR 200 (Uniform Guidance).
- Support Small Business Reporting activities with oversight.
- Assist with special projects and other responsibilities as assigned.
Skills & ExperienceQualifications That Will Help You Thrive
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related field with 3+ years of professional experience, or
- Associate’s degree in a related field with 6+ years of relevant professional experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, including the ability to manage and analyze complex spreadsheets.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in pricing, proposal development, or government contracting environments.
- Familiarity with FAR and DFARS regulations.
- Knowledge of indirect rate structures and cost proposal development.
- Experience with Deltek Costpoint, SharePoint, or similar systems.
- Previous experience supporting government contract proposals.
