Position Overview
We are seeking a Part-Time Bartender to join our team. This role requires a dependable, personable, and energetic individual who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about both hospitality and creating memorable experiences for every guest who sits at the bar.
Responsibilities
- Greet and engage guests in a friendly, professional manner.
- Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper stock levels behind the bar.
- Take and serve food orders for bar guests.
- Follow all responsible alcohol service guidelines.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
- Work collaboratively with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operations.
- Contribute to the warm and welcoming atmosphere of My Tomato Pie.
Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience required (restaurant experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of beer, wine, and cocktails.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and able to commit to the fixed schedule.
- Must be at least 18 years old (21+ preferred).
