Responsibilities:


  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical condition, including range of motion, strength, balance, and functional limitations.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' specific needs and goals.
  • Provide hands-on therapy 1 patient at a time, including therapeutic interventions for improved functional outcomes.
  • Educate patients and their families on proper body mechanics, exercise techniques, and injury prevention strategies.
  • Document patient progress and communicate with referring physicians and other healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate with other members of the rehabilitation team to ensure coordinated and effective care.

Qualifications:


  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
