What You'll Do as a Barista
As a Barista at Aromas Coffee Co., you’ll be at the heart of our cozy café, ensuring every customer feels welcome and leaves with a smile. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Crafting a variety of Starbucks drinks with precision and care.
- Preparing and serving pre-made sandwiches and snacks.
- Providing exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly and assisting with their orders.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar and seating area.
- Restocking supplies and ingredients to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborating with team members to create a positive and efficient work environment.
What We're Looking For
We’re seeking someone who shares our passion for quality and customer satisfaction. Here’s what we’re looking for in our ideal candidate:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a coffee shop or café setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and team members.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow with our team.
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment is a plus.
