Dental Office Coordinator Needed In Savannah, GA!
We’re seeking a highly organized and experienced Practice Coordinator to help lead the day-to-day operations of our dental office. You’ll work closely with a supportive team to ensure smooth workflow, excellent patient care, and an outstanding experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee reception, daily office operations, patient flow, and team schedules
- Manage treatment plans, insurance billing, A/R, and front office tasks
- Train and support team members, assist with hiring and reporting
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulations
- Collaborate with the doctor on marketing, reporting, vendor coordination, and practice growth initiatives
Qualifications:
- 2+ years in a dental or medical office setting
- Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in dental software and financial management
- Experience with insurance billing, treatment coordination, and front office systems
