Job Summary
We are looking for a warm, skilled Dental Assistant with at least three years of chairside experience who shares our passion for outstanding patient care. In this key role you will support our doctors during clinical procedures, keep the flow of the day running smoothly, and create the friendly atmosphere that keeps patients coming back.
What You Will Do
- Greet patients, put them at ease, and review treatment plans
- Record medical histories and vital signs with accuracy and respect
- Prepare rooms and sterilized instruments before every appointment
- Assist doctors during exams, fillings, crowns, implants, and cosmetic procedures
- Capture digital X-rays, scans, and photographs as directed
- Educate patients on post-treatment care and oral-health habits
- Maintain strict infection-control and safety protocols
- Manage scheduling, reminders, and basic front-office tasks
What You Bring
- Current Dental Assistant certification and radiology license (if required by the state)
- A minimum of three years of hands-on experience in a fast-paced practice
- Proficiency with modern dental software and digital imaging
- Clear, compassionate communication with patients and teammates
- A proactive attitude and the ability to anticipate the needs of the doctor
