Job Description
The Production Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the production team by engaging in tasks such as de-trashing, tubing cutting, parts running, label making, and other assigned duties. This role is designed to assist production efforts efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Utilize hand and power tools as required.
- Maintain organization of tools and ensure workstation cleanliness.
- Create and apply labels as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support production goals.
Essential Skills
- Good hand/eye coordination is essential.
- Ability to read and understand Bills of Materials, drawings, and sketches.
- Strong understanding of the English language and effective communication skills.
- Possession of a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
- Basic knowledge of tools and power tools is a must.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in warehouse operations such as shipping, receiving, picking, and pulling parts.
- Competence in packaging, forklift operation, inventory management, and material handling.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.

Work Environment
The work environment is a basic warehouse setup, consisting of an average of 10-15 employees. It is a fast-paced and upbeat environment with clean warehouse and assembly departments. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, with hours typically ranging from 7:30 AM to 4 PM or 6 AM to 2:30 PM, subject to business needs.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
