Job Title: ENTRY LEVEL Warehouse Associate - 1st Shift
Job Description
As part of the Pick, Pack & Ship team, you will be responsible for selecting parts and components to fulfill customer orders and preparing them for shipment. This role follows a defined process to confirm item accuracy, verify quantities, and ensure all packages are packed safely and correctly. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys hands-on work with a variety of daily tasks, and thrives in a team-focused, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Pick customer and distributor orders as requested.
- Seal and tag containers, confirming the accuracy of orders, and assign pick tickets to confirm.
- Ensure correct shipping information is attached and move completed orders to the shipping area.
- Maintain clean, neat, and well-organized work areas.
- Comply with OSHA and other safety regulations.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Essential Skills
- 1+ years' work experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in picking, packing, packaging, and inventory control.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Able to lift up to 35 pounds.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and multi-tasking environment.

Work Environment
You will work shifts from Monday to Thursday 9:30am – 6:00pm and Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm. The shop is well-lit and climate-controlled, making it more comfortable than a typical industrial setting. You’ll be on your feet for much of the day, handling parts, tooling, and materials, and working closely with teammates across machining, assembly, and shipping functions.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Louis, MO.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
