Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do
Own the Full Recruitment Lifecycle
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for both exempt and non-exempt roles
- Develop strategic sourcing plans to meet workforce demands, even during peak hiring seasons
- Create and manage online job postings through our applicant tracking system
- Conduct pre-screens, coordinate interviews, and partner with hiring managers to identify top talent
- Evaluate candidates using structured interview tools and assessments
Be Our Data-Driven Talent Strategist
- Track and present KPIs like time-to-fill, total hires, and internal fill rates
- Use insights to drive continuous improvement in recruiting processes
- Ensure compliance with all Federal, State, and Local employment regulations
Strengthen Our Talent Pipeline
- Represent Sandridge at career fairs, campus events, and community engagements
- Help coordinate speaking engagements and recruiting events
- Enhance employer branding initiatives
Support the Bigger HR Picture
- Manage the pre-hire and offer process, ensuring all documentation is compliant
- Support and improve new hire orientation programs
- Assist with employee recognition events and HR initiatives
Qualifications:
What You Bring
- Associate’s degree, relevant coursework, professional training, or 3+ years of recruiting experience across industries
- Experience with applicant tracking systems
- A strong ability to source and secure top talent efficiently
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Confidence working with diverse teams and stakeholders
- A mindset focused on continuous improvement and candidate experience
Physical Requirements
- Comfortable walking in the facility and climbing stairs
- Ability to work in cold environments
- Able to lift/carry boxes up to 25 lbs occasionally
- Proficient in reading and writing English
