A healthcare opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse specializing in ICU nursing to provide critical patient care in a hospital setting. Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and deliver nursing care to patients in the intensive care unit.
• Apply current clinical knowledge and skills relevant to patient demographics.
• Maintain compliance with unit standards and organizational policies.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Respond promptly and appropriately to emergency and crisis situations.
• Manage physical demands of patient care including lifting, positioning, and transferring patients.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program.
• Current New Mexico RN license or valid Compact state license.
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, and TNCC (via AHA).
• Proficient with EMR software such as EPIC.
• Excellent communication skills and sensitivity to patient rights.

Additional Information:

• Night shift hours: 7 PM to 7 AM.
• Floating between units may be required.
• Work environment includes exposure to bloodborne pathogens and infectious materials.
• Physical stamina to perform prolonged standing and patient care duties.
