Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Special Education or related field
- Valid state certification or licensure in Special Education
- Experience working with elementary-age students, particularly in inclusive settings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Proficiency in providing both push-in and pull-out services

Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate students to develop and implement tailored IEPs
- Collaborate with classroom teachers and staff to create an inclusive learning environment
- Provide direct support to students through push-in and pull-out services
