Job Title: Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) Coordinator
Length of Assignment: Up to 18 Months. (Depend on Performance and Business Need)
Work schedule -Monday - Friday 8:00-5:00 EST
Work Location: Hybrid Role (Will need to visit client sites)
Travel: Up to 40%
Travel Allowance Covered
Responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating all Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) for project equipment, ensuring tests are executed according to project requirements and witnessed by relevant stakeholders. The major day to day responsibilities of the FAT Coordinator is:
Schedule and coordinate FATs with suppliers, project team, and customer representatives.
Ensure that all test procedures, documentation, and acceptance criteria are in place prior to FAT.
Facilitate communication between suppliers, engineering, quality, and customers during FAT activities.
Track and document FAT results, ensuring that all punch-list items are recorded and closed.
Distribute certified FAT reports and test certificates to the project team for turnover documentation.
Education and experience:
Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering BSC. And with Project Management experience
Very good admin and organizational skills
Very good communication skills
Experience with conducting Final acceptance testing for major equipment, such as Transformers, reactors, capacitors, or any other power equipment
Experience with logistics and product expediting
System Engineering coordination
Experience with national and international energy regulations.
