We are looking for:

Technician – Mechanical & Electrical: The ideal candidate will be someone who loves working with their hands, enjoys diagnosing and resolving issues, has good mechanical and electrical proficiencies, and a willingness to learn. This position will report to the Assembly Group Manager, who in turn reports to the President, CEO, and owner. As part of the Assembly Group, this person will assist in the building and on-site servicing of the Eagle product line of machines. All Eagle machines are dependent on the seamless interaction of mechanical and electrical components controlled through in-house design software. Accordingly, we are seeking an individual who has good technical, mechanical and diagnostic skills.

Specifically, the ideal candidate will have:

· Curiosity as to how things work.

· Ability to work with their hands and enjoy doing so.

· Desire to learn and understand how things are manufactured.

· A willingness to travel, domestically and internationally.

· Ability to troubleshoot issues and diagnose problems.

· Desire to collaborate with the Engineering Group to improve design and efficiency.

· Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and drawings.

· Flexibility as to work assignments as these can change day to day / hour to hour.

· Ability to provide technical support and training to other staff members.

· Good interpersonal skills given the client interfacing component of this position.

· Ability to multi-task – critical in a small company where sometimes many hats need to be worn.
