- Checking the mailroom for mail/ packages and taking mail out at the end of the day
- Scanning incoming mail and distributing via email
- Distributing incoming faxes
- Paying invoices and then adding them to expenses and costs advanced folder
- Sending record and balance confirmation requests, helping follow up on record requests.
- Reporting cases to medicare
