This is a sales role in which the selected candidate will help families complete arrangements, guiding them with empathy—not hard sell. The role involves owning warm, inbound leads from first call to close. Families come seeking clarity, not a hard sell. The job is to guide them toward a confident decision, and bring a standard of unmatched hospitality to life in every conversation.

What You’ll Do
The selected candidate will be the first point of contact for families who often don't understand how the process works. The day includes:
- Guiding conversations from first call to close
- Answering calls from families seeking information and guidance on cremation options
- Providing consultative support that helps families understand their choices clearly
- Hitting or exceeding a 50% close rate through well done, empathetic conversations
- Managing the pipeline independently
- Balancing efficient process management with personalized attention to each family
- Following up consistently to ensure families have what they need to make confident decisions
- Acting with Agency: close with care and never miss following up with a lead

Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, or another role where trust is built quickly
- Enjoy helping people and are confident on the phone
- Fluency in written and spoken English; Spanish is a strong plus
- High emotional steadiness and coachability; ability to work independently
Details
- Remote, full-time
- Tools: HubSpot (CRM), Aircall (phone), Slack, and a proprietary case management system
- Shifts:
- Aligned with Pacific Time; Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday preferred
- Hiring across all shifts: AM (6-8am EST), PM (2-4pm EST), and Night (8-10pm EST)
- Compensation: $7/h base + bonus (up to 24%). That’s approximately $1,150–$1,450 USD/month depending on performance
