As the Sous Chef/Kitchen Manager, you will:

  • Participate and oversee the kitchen line for food and service quality
  • Lead adherence to our great recipes to deliver our great Italian food
  • Organize staff training, scheduling and forecasting
  • Complete food purchasing, receiving, inventory and invoicing
  • Adhere to State, Local and our food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Lead and maintain a positive teamwork attitude

Great Sous Chef/Kitchen Manager candidates bring:

  • Minimum 5 years experience
  • Currently or recently a Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager
  • Currently or recent experience running a kitchen
  • Experience in an Upscale Casual Dining concept.
