Responsibilities
- Be a key player in supporting clients through their recovery journey.
- Provide interventions aligned with each client’s treatment plan.
- Engage clients in building healthy connections with peers and the team.
- Assist in food preparation and supervision during meals and snacks.
- Participate in therapeutic groups to enhance clinical skills.
- Conduct rounds and provide valuable observations.
- Occasionally drive clients for off-site appointments and activities.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of post-high school education; a Bachelor’s in Psychology is preferred.
- A minimum of one year of experience in a mental or behavioral health setting is highly desired.
- Valid state-issued Driver’s License with a safe driving history.
- Strong communication and client relations skills, along with a service-oriented mindset.
- Flexibility and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
