• Must be within a 50-mile radius

• Hybrid: 2 days per week onsite required

• Contract-to-hire

• Scope includes conceptual design through detailed design

• 5+ years Revit required (primary tool)

• 7+ years drafting/design preferred

• Responsible for complete, accurate, coordinated drawing sets

• Full ownership of quality, schedule, and delivery

• Must be able to lead small teams (3–12 designers)

• Manage workload, monitor progress, and coordinate across disciplines

• Global coordination experience is a plus

• Strong accountability and ownership expected

• Tools used: Revit, Bluebeam, Navisworks

• Sketching and 3D modeling part of workflow

• Familiarity with Bluebeam/Navisworks helps with quick ramp-up
