Job Summary
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced CVOR Surgical Technologist to support a high-volume Cardiovascular Operating Room within a nationally recognized Magnet and Teaching Hospital. The ideal candidate will have experience assisting with complex cardiac and vascular procedures and maintaining a safe, sterile surgical environment.
Required Qualifications

NBSTSA or NCCT Certification Required

BLS Certification Required

Minimum 1 Year CVOR Experience Required

Experience in Cardiac and Vascular Surgical Procedures

Strong Sterile Technique and Instrument Knowledge

Epic Experience Preferred

Responsibilities
-
Prepare and maintain sterile surgical fields
-
Set up instruments, supplies, and specialty cardiac equipment
-
Assist surgeons during cardiovascular and vascular procedures
-
Handle surgical instruments and implants during cases
-
Ensure accurate surgical counts
-
Support patient safety initiatives and infection prevention standards
-
Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, perfusionists, and anesthesia teams
-
Maintain compliance with hospital policies and surgical standards
