- Competitive hourly pay (DOE)
- $1,000 Sign-On Bonus
- $250 after 90 days
- $250 after 6 months

What You’ll Do:
As a Construction Crew Member, you will assist in the building and renovation of in-ground swimming pools year-round. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with construction and renovation of in-ground swimming pools
- Troweling and placing vermiculite and concrete
- Bolting steel pool walls together
- Loading and unloading trucks with materials and equipment
- Performing heavy lifting and physical labor as part of daily tasks
- Working outdoors in all seasons alongside a team of skilled professionals

Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Ability to work full-time (40+ hours per week)
