Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time contract position is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) specializing in school settings, located in Lone Tree, CO. This role offers the opportunity to work with students ranging from Kindergarten through 8th grade, with a caseload of approximately 40 students, primarily focused on elementary levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs.
- Collaborate with educators and parents to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with district and state requirements.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning.
Qualifications:
- Valid SLP certification/license appropriate for school settings.
- Experience working with students in Kindergarten through 8th grade preferred.
- Strong knowledge of pediatric speech and language disorders.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 40 students.
Schedule and Location:
- Full-time, 37.5 hours per week.
- Non-School Year (NSY) term.
- Based in Lone Tree, Colorado.
