Robert Half's property management client is in need of a temporary administrative assistant to sit at their front desk. Hours are M-F 8am-5pm.
Duties Include:
- answer phones and take messages
- email correspondence with tenants and vendors
- fill out work orders
- create new lease files
- data entry into spreadsheets and internal software
- filing, scanning, and sorting mail

• Proven experience in administrative assistance or similar roles.
• Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with spreadsheets and office software.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle receptionist duties, including answering inbound calls.
• Knowledge of filing systems, both electronic and physical.
• Experience in processing work orders and maintaining lease files.
• Excellent communication skills and a meticulous demeanor.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced office environment.
