We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Clerk to join our dynamic team. The Office Clerk will play a crucial role in maintaining the daily operations of our office by ensuring that administrative tasks are executed efficiently and accurately. The candidate will be responsible for a variety of clerical tasks that include handling correspondence, managing documents, and providing support to various departments within the organization
Salary Range: $16.50 - $26.00 per hour
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Key Responsibilities
- Answering phone calls and directing them to appropriate personnel.
- Managing and organizing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and postal mail.
- Maintaining filing systems and ensuring that documents are easily accessible.
- Assisting with data entry and maintaining accurate records in office databases.
- Ordering office supplies and managing inventory levels to ensure they are adequately stocked.
- Coordinating scheduling for meetings, conferences, and appointments as needed.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in administration or relevant fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in clerical or administrative roles is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in office software, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with various stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
