Position: Canvassing Team Director

What You'll Do:
- Interview, hire, and develop canvassing team members
- Train, coach, and motivate teams to achieve goals
- Create territory plans and optimize daily field operations
- Develop effective neighborhood outreach strategies
- Monitor KPIs, appointments, and productivity metrics
- Lead team meetings and performance coaching sessions
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to maximize results
- Build a positive, energetic, and results-driven culture
What We're Looking For:
- Experience leading canvassing, field, or outreach teams
- Home Improvement industry experience required
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Experience with territory planning and field operations
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
