Job DescriptionSalary:

Boston Mountain Rural Health Center is currently accepting applications for a full time Case Manager at our Clinton Clinic.

Notice: Safety-Sensitive Position
This position has been designated assafety-sensitiveunder the Arkansas Medical Marijuana Amendment. Employees in this role must be able to perform job duties in a manner that ensures the safety of patients, coworkers, and the public.

Employees in safety-sensitive positions are subject todrug and alcohol testingin accordance with company policy and state law.

The use ofmarijuana (including medical marijuana), illegal substances, or misuse of prescription medicationsis prohibited for employees in safety-sensitive positions.

Apositive drug testresult, including marijuana, will result inineligibility for hireorremoval from a safety-sensitive position.


The Case Manager will work as part of the clinical team assisting the medical providers in the provision of primary health care. The Case Manager will assist providers by offering health education, chronic disease management education including diabetes education and preventative services to the patient population. The Case Manager will act as a case manager for all chronic diseases. The nurse provides limited direct patient services and performs specifically designated independent procedures as outlined by the nursing scope of practice by the Arkansas State Board of Nursing.


Qualifications include:
Current Arkansas RN or LPN license
Basic Life Support Certification
Some Travel Required
