Our Social Gaming project is a next-generation platform designed to deliver exciting, engaging, and compliant gaming experiences. Launching in June 2025, this project aims to set new standards in the sweepstakes and social gaming space. As our Office Manager, you’ll be critical in ensuring the platform’s operational excellence and long-term success.
Location: Sheridan,Wyoming, USA (Hybrid)
Company registration address: WY, USA
Employment type: Part-Time (20 hours/week) with potential for Full-Time employment
Salary: $20 - $25 per hour depends on experience.
Future office location: While the company does not currently have an office in Wyoming, the location will be selected in proximity to the new Office Manager to ensure convenience and operational efficiency.

Job overview:
We are seeking a proactive Office Manager to support our CEO and various Heads of Departments, in managing key business activities in the U.S. You will play a crucial role in liaising with stakeholders, overseeing operational tasks, coordinating with game providers, and ensuring legal and administrative processes run smoothly. This is a hybrid role based in our offices, in Wyoming, with the potential to transition into a full-time position.
Key responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for U.S. business operations.

Manage administrative tasks including filing forms, organizing documents, and handling correspondence.

Coordinate legal processes, including liaising with lawyers for contracts and company closures.

Schedule meetings and appointments with business partners and game providers.

Support due diligence processes and ensure compliance with company policies.

Communicate with stakeholders, including local business contacts and service providers.

Ensure smooth office operations by managing day-to-day tasks and maintaining efficiency.

Establish and maintain connections with local businesses and contacts.

Manage operational tasks to ensure smooth workflows.

Schedule and manage appointments with key stakeholders.

Understand basic accountancy and finance principles to assist with financial tasks such as expense tracking, invoicing, and budget coordination.
Qualifications and skills:
