Avante at Ocala Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is on the lookout for a Therapy Program Manager to lead our in-house therapy department. This is your chance to oversee the rehabilitation department, ensuring effective operations and delivering high-quality patient care.

Your Role:

As the Director of Rehab Therapy, you will:

• Manage therapy programs and monitor treatment schedules.
• Track MDS assessment periods and data.
• Provide administrative supervision and case management.
• Ensure compliance with regulations while fostering a supportive environment.

What We’re Looking For:

To thrive in this role, you should possess:

• Strong clinical skills in the rehabilitation process.
• A solid understanding of State and Federal laws related to Nursing Home Administration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and sound judgment.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Education and Experience:

We require:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in an allied health field (PT, OT, SLP) with 1-2 years of management experience, or an Associate Degree with 5 years of management experience.
• Current state licensure or license eligibility.
