Schedule/Hours:
- 36 hours per week
- Balanced 50/50 split between day and night shifts
- Every other weekend and every other holiday required
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- Minimum of 2 years recent acute care inpatient or current ICU experience required
- At least 1 year of prior travel nursing experience
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and adaptability skills
- Commitment to excellence in patient care and safety
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based, compassionate care to critically ill patients in the ICU
- Monitor and assess patients, implement orders, and respond to emergencies efficiently
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and provide patient education
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulations
- Adapt to varying workflows and protocols efficiently
