Position Overview
We are seeking motivated and reliable Teammates to join Halftime Help. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates with little to no prior work experience who are ready to work hard, learn quickly, and be part of a supportive team environment. Teammates gain hands-on experience across service areas such as lawn care, landscaping, moving assistance, and snow removal.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute High-Quality Services: Assist with tasks such as lawn care, landscaping, moving, and snow removal under the guidance of experienced teammates and coaches.
- Prioritize Safety & Efficiency: Follow all safety protocols while consistently lifting, carrying, and moving items over 50 lbs.
- Support Team Success: Contribute to a positive, professional, and productive crew environment by working seamlessly with others.
- Learn & Improve: Show a willingness to learn new skills, follow instructions accurately, and take feedback constructively.
- Care for Equipment: Assist in maintaining equipment by following safe usage guidelines and reporting issues to leadership.
- Stay Reliable & Communicative: Show up on time, be prepared for shifts, and keep communication channels (email/text) open for scheduling.
Qualifications
- Drivers License: Must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record. Candidates not yet of driving age may still be considered for modified roles.
- Athletic Background: Must be a current or former student-athlete (high school, college, or club), demonstrating commitment, teamwork, and discipline.
- English Proficiency: Ability to communicate effectively in spoken and written English.
- Physical Fitness: Able to consistently lift and move items over 50 lbs and perform demanding outdoor tasks.
- Reliability: Demonstrated punctuality, accountability, and strong work ethic.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check prior to employment.

5Ps (Proficiency, Performance, Productivity, Promotion, and Pools). Coaches grow pay through certifications, leadership, and results. - Competitive Base Pay: Entry-level teammates start with a strong hourly base rate, with opportunities for increases as proficiency and productivity rise.
- Incentives & Daily Bonuses: Additional incentives are awarded for high-quality work, reliability, and positive customer feedback. Daily bonuses provide teammates the chance to boost earnings every shift.
- Uncapped Earning Potential: With efficiency, effort, and growth across the 5Ps, teammates can reasonably achieve an effective rate above $25/hour when combining base pay, performance incentives, and sales opportunities. Theres no ceilingthe more you bring to the team, the more you can earn.
- Advancement Opportunities: As you grow in proficiency and demonstrate leadership, youll unlock promotions into higher-level roles, including Level 2 Teammate and Coach, with corresponding pay increases and access to additional incentive pools.
