Shift Requirement: 12hr Nights 7p-7a\nFloat Requirement: Potential to float between med/surg like departments.\nOn Call/Call Back Requirement: this can vary, up for discussion with individual candidates.\nWeekend/Holiday Requirement: possibility of July 4th or Labor Day need, but this is not certain, up for discussion with individual candidates\n\nRequired Certs to be attached upon submittal: BLS, IN License\nMinimum Experience REQUIRED: 2 year med/surg\nCharting Experience: Epic preferred\nPatient Population: adult med/surg\nSkillset: Highly adaptable nurse with med/surg experience, strong clinical judgement, good communication and ability to deliver safe, efficient care in high acuity environments.\nMust have strong assessment and critical thinking skills! Hard worker, resilient and manages change well, social candidates.\nUnit Information: 22 bed adult med/surg unit. Primary dx’s include: Ortho (TKR/THR/TSR), back surgeries, abdominal surgeries, SBO, infections, osteo, AKI’s, urology
