This part-time role supports the day-to-day administrative operations of First Choice Personal Care and Living Solutions, helping to organize client and caregiver files, maintain supply inventory, support all business tasks, and prepare the agency for growth. This position is ideal for someone interested in progressing toward a full time Office Manager role within a mission-driven, community-based home care agency.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Administrative & Office Support
● Organize and maintain client and caregiver binders
● File, audit, and update paper and digital documents
● Track inventory of supplies and forms
● Assist in preparing caregiver orientation packets and event materials
● Support client onboarding logistics and compliance tracking
Communication & Client Support
● Make wellness check calls to clients or families
● Assist in follow-up communications with caregivers regarding timesheets, schedules, or training
● Help prepare communication templates or assist with newsletter or social media content (optional)
Workshop & Event Support
● Assist in managing inventory, tracking forms, and preparing materials for workshops
● Support setup, registration, and documentation needs during health fairs or trade shows
● Serve as a respectful and professional representative of the agency at community events
Growth & Training Track
● Shadow leadership to understand home care operations
● Participate in CPR or compliance-related training as assigned
● Receive mentorship to prepare for supervisory or Office Manager responsibilities over time
Preferred Qualifications:
● High school diploma or GED required; some college or medical admin coursework preferred
● Prior experience in healthcare, senior care, or customer service a plus
● Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
● Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and willing to learn basic digital tools
● Bilingual in Spanish a plus (not required)
