Looking to be a part of a great team? We're hiring now for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative in Georgetown, TX.

Customer Service RepresentativeTasks & Duties

As the first point of contact for our customers, you will guide them through the ordering process and providing exceptional customer service from start to finish
-
Maintain front desk area including answering phones and assisting with showroom presentation and design
-
Assist customers with placing orders, returns, exchanges, and pick ups
-
Handle cash, credit card payments using POS system
Bilingual Customer Service Shift Info

Day Shift, 9:00am to 6:00pm
-
Monday - Friday
-
Rotating Saturdays are required from 9am-2pm
Bilingual Customer Service RepQualifications (Requirements/Skills)

Bilingual English/Spanish is required
-
GED / High School Diploma
-
Friendly and personable demeanor and proven customer service experience
-
Ability to type 35 wpm
-
Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
-
Able to pass a background check
-
Able to work in the US
