Job DescriptionLocated in Black Creek, WI

Salary: $18.00-$20.00/HR

Hours: Shifts available are: weekday evenings 5:00pm-9:00pm, weekdays 1:00pm-9:00pm, weekdays 9:00am-4:30pm; and some Saturdays 8:45am-4:00pm

Pay: $18.00-$20.00/HR

Duties:

• Interview clients in person at our office or via telephone
• Gather and organize client data for tax preparation
• Answer client questions or document questions for follow-up
• Ensure compliance with tax law, business law, and company policy
• Follow precise instructions to complete accurate tax returns
• Work efficiently with speed and accuracy in data entry and tax preparation
• Collaborate with team members to provide seamless client service
• Maintain professionalism and kindness in all client interactions

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of tax preparation experience
• Customer service background with strong people skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy and speed
• Respect for tax law and business law, with a solid understanding of personal income tax application
• Ability to sit at a desk and work patiently with clients
• Strong PC skills including data entry and note-taking
• Team player with a positive, polite, and professional demeanor
• Excellent communication skills for both in-person and telephone interviews
