Our Quality Specialist's interact within our Quality Assurance and Quality Control teams, as well as all departments within the organization to ensure overall compliance.


A successful Quality Specialist will posses strong interpersonal skills and be highly organized.


Key responsibilities

  • Testing and inspections:
    Perform product testing, conduct audits, and oversee production lines to identify defects and ensure products meet specifications.
  • Quality control:
    Develop and implement quality assurance protocols, procedures, and standards to ensure consistency and reliability.
  • Data analysis:
    Analyze quality data and reports to identify trends, root causes of problems, and areas for improvement.
  • Issue resolution:
    Investigate and resolve quality issues, implement corrective actions, and track progress to ensure resolution.
  • Collaboration:
    Work closely with other departments, such as engineering and production, to implement quality improvements and resolve problems.
  • Compliance:
    Ensure that all products and processes comply with industry standards, safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
  • Documentation:
    Create and maintain quality documentation, including test plans, reports, and procedures.
  • Training:
    Train and support other staff on quality assurance standards, policies, and procedures.
