Job Summary
We are seeking a licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team! Our work involves providing home base clinical services to the abused and neglected population. The majority of the clients that we services are seen remotely. However, a small percentage may be seen in home. We offer competitive rates along with full health and 401-K benefits. We also are looking for clinicians who are credentialed in Substance Abuse, to assist in providing quality service to our clients. Responsibilities
- Perform intake assessments
- Provide home based clinical services to the abused/neglected population
- Create individualized treatment plans for each client
- Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
- 75% - Client seen remotely; 25% - In home services (Hybrid)
- Adhere to all facility and licensing standards
Qualifications
- Master's degree in counseling, social work, or similar field
- Current and unrestricted marriage and family therapy license
- Previous experience as a mental health therapist preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized
- LPC, LLPC, LMSW, or LLMSW (Must be licensed)
