We are a growing construction company looking for a motivated and driven Sales Representative to help expand our client base.

This role involves door-to-door sales, cold calling, and visiting local businesses to introduce our services, generate leads, and close deals. If you’re confident, persistent, and motivated by earning potential, this is a great opportunity.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new leads through door-to-door outreach
  • Visit local businesses to introduce our construction services
  • Make cold calls to potential clients
  • Build relationships with property managers, business owners, and homeowners
  • Follow up with leads and close deals
  • Represent the company professionally in the field

Requirements:

  • Sales experience preferred (construction sales is a plus)
  • Comfortable with door-to-door and cold outreach
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to work independently

Compensation:

  • Commission-based with high earning potential
