About Us
Milicia Marine LLC is a growing G3 Boats, SunCatcher Pontoons, and Yamaha Outboard dealership. We service outboards, inboards, stern-drives, and full marine systems, along with selling and installing a wide range of marine accessories.
As our company continues to expand, were looking for a skilled and motivated Marine Service Technician to join our team and grow with us.
Requirements
- Valid drivers license with no restrictions (must be insurable under company policy)
- Strong communication skills to work with customers, team members, and vendors
- Solid time management and multitasking abilities
- Willingness to travel for training or service needs
- Ability to pass a background check
- Comfortable working in boats and confined spaces (bilges, tight compartments, ladders, etc.)
- Ability to lift 70+ lbs and work in warm/challenging environments

- 4-day work week with 3-day weekends (four 10-hour shifts)
