Warehouse Specialist Delivery & Operations
At Chariot Plumbing Supply & Design, our Warehouse Associates do more than move product, they help power the entire customer experience.
This is a hands-on, hybrid role that blends warehouse operations with delivery support. One moment youre pulling and staging orders, the next youre loading a truck or stepping in to complete a delivery. Youll play a key role in making sure the right products get to the right place, on time, and in excellent condition.

Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload incoming and outgoing products with care and accuracy
- Move products throughout the warehouse
- Pull, stage, and prepare orders for delivery and will call
- Identify, label, and organize products to maintain accurate inventory and efficient flow
- Pack and load products securely to ensure safe transport
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
- Perform and report cycle counts to support inventory accuracy
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Follow all warehouse safety rules and guidelines at all times
Delivery & Team Support
- Assist as a backup delivery driver to homes, businesses, and job sites as needed
- Support delivery routes by loading, verifying, and preparing orders
- Assist as a backup picker for sales orders and walk-in will call customers
- Communicate clearly with team members to keep operations running smoothly
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the team
What You'll Bring
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- 13 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Forklift certification is preferred
- Valid drivers license required with a clean driving record
- Team-first mindset with a willingness to jump in where needed
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions with minimal supervision
- Comfortable using computers and warehouse software required
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift 6070 lbs. regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent
