Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Clerk to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing invoices, ensuring timely payments to vendors, and maintaining vendor relationships. The ideal candidate has strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities
- Review, verify, and process vendor invoices in a timely manner
- Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices for accuracy
- Respond to vendor inquiries in a professional and timely manner and resolve discrepancies
- Reconcile vendor statements on monthly basis
- Assist with month-end closing and reporting activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
- Maintain vendor files and ensure proper documentation
- Ensure vendors are provided with tax exempt certificates
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1–3 years of accounts payable or general accounting experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
