We’re Hiring: Customer Service / Digital Lead Specialist

Are you passionate about helping customers and skilled at navigating the digital world? We’re looking for a Customer Service/Digital Lead Specialist to join our team and be the friendly, tech-savvy connection between our business and our clients.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat with professionalism and empathy.
Manage and nurture incoming digital leads, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion opportunities.
Make outbound calls to follow up with potential customers, re-engage past clients, and support sales initiatives.
Maintain accurate customer and lead data in CRM systems.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize the lead process.

Qualifications:

Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
Experience in customer service, inside sales, or digital lead management.
Comfortable with CRM systems, online communication tools, and digital platforms.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.

Competitive pay with performance incentives. 35k base plus commission. Total earning potential of over 50k per year.
