Evergreen Knoll in Cloquet, MN is seeking an Assisted Living Nurse (RN) to support our assisted living and memory care residents. This position will allow you time to get to know residents, collaborate with a supportive team, and provide thoughtful, high-quality care.

The Assisted Living Nurse works closely with our entire management team to:

• Coordinate new admissions and discharges.
• Order, prepare, and/or administer medications.
• Transcribe and assist with implementation of physician orders.
• Monitor resident health and respond to changes.
• Assist with the training and supervision of direct care staff.

This position is 24-32 hours/week (Insurance benefits available at 30 hours/week.)

Wage: $34 - $38/hour, depending on qualifications

Our Staff Nurse must:

• Genuinely care about and be committed to the well-being of seniors in our care.
• Have a solid general nursing background, with geriatric experience preferred, but not required.
• Have good judgment, leadership, and problem-solving skills, be dependable and able to work with minimal direct supervision once trained.
• Understand, read, write, and speak English.
• Be authorized by the State of Minnesota to work, unsupervised, with our residents as determined by a background study.
• Be a currently licensed RN in the State of Minnesota.
