General Position Summary
This position is responsible for handling various customers’ requests and inquiries and assists existing and new customers to meet their requests.Handles carious accounts as Sales coordinator interacting with all departments and customer
Essential Job Functions
SALES/OPERATIONS
• Handles various phone call and e-mails from customers and overseas agent and offices .
• Handles and resolves various complaint and claims from customers.
• Coordinate inquiries and orders from customers and overseas agent with operation staff.
• Provide quotation to the customer and rates to other branches/overseas offices and corporate/global sales.
• Updates shipment status,provides quote ,and prepares any necessary information and ducuments of import or export , ROA , Triangle shipments.
• Involves operation procedure for import,export, ROA and triangles shipments.
• Save pricing , shipping documents in the file of CargoWize .
• Managements of selling rate , buying rate for your assigned customers
• Management of past due report (AR report ).
• Management of monthly activity report for customer and oversea office who requires
OTHER & MISCELLANEOUS DUTIES
• Seeks constant improvement, more efficient and less expensive ways and means in work processes.
• Performs special projects and other miscellaneous duties as assigned by supervisor / manager.
• Maintains high ethical standards in the workplace.
• Reports all irregular issues and problems to manager for solution.
• Maintains good communication with management, office staff members and outside contacts.
• Complies with all company policies and procedures.
• Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working area.

Qualifications
Education & Work Experience
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED);
• One to three years related experience and/or training.
Tools & Equipment
• General office equipment including phones, fax, copier, scanner, personal computer, etc.
• Software includes the use of Windows operating system, MS Office, CargoWise
• Any tools, equipments, software that are required to be used.
Certificates / Licenses
• Any certificate or training records that are required by each department, position/title, or government agency.
