We are seeking a dedicated physician to become part of our private practice, which includes two family medicine doctors and three Advanced Practice Providers.

Position Details

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 4:30 PM
• Patient Demographics: Care for patients across all age groups
• Support Staff: Benefit from a highly trained team of medical assistants

Compensation and Benefits

• Base Salary: Starting at $215,000, with guaranteed bonuses of $15,000
• Additional Benefits: Malpractice insurance, health coverage, vacation time, and a 401(k) plan with a 3.5% match after the first year
• Relocation Assistance: $5,000 for moving expenses and a $5,000 signing bonus
• Salary Progression: Increases to $220,000 in the second year and $225,000 in the third year
• Performance Incentives: Earn an additional $20 bonus for each patient seen beyond 20 per day; physicals count as two visits
• Loan Repayment: Up to $100,000 for a commitment of 10 years of service
