Our organization is seeking a full-time dental hygienist to join our team.
Office Hours: Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
Work Schedule: Ideally, four days a week, from Tuesday to Friday, during the hours of 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Lunch breaks are scheduled for Monday at 12 PM and Tuesday to Friday at 1 PM.
Location: 1695 Wells Road, Orange Park, Florida 32073.
This practice consists of two doctors and utilizes Dentrix software.
Appointments are structured with 60 minutes for recare and 90 minutes for new patients.
Compensation is bi-weekly and hourly, with an option to enroll in Daily Pay to access earnings as they are accrued.
There are opportunities to earn both daily and quarterly bonuses!
We provide Arestin, iTero, Velscope, and coverage for continuing education.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Valid dental hygienist license in Florida and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (as required).
- Strong understanding of dentistry, dental hygiene practices, patient screening, and medical history documentation.
- CPR Certification.
Preferred Experience:
- Familiarity with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems.
- A commitment to ongoing learning and enhancing clinical skills to meet patient needs and provide preventive care.
- Clinical requirements as needed by the office.
Physical Requirements:
- Capability to perform essential duties as required by the office or supervising doctor, with or without reasonable accommodations. Adjustments may be made to assist individuals with disabilities in fulfilling essential job functions.
- Ability to sit and stand for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 45 pounds occasionally.
- Willingness to participate in virtual or in-person training sessions periodically throughout the year.
- To ensure a safe and healthy environment for both staff and patients, a tuberculosis (TB) test is mandatory for all new hires in dental office roles. This standard requirement must be completed before starting employment, and arrangements will be made during the pre-employment process. This requirement does not apply in Florida and Tennessee.
