Job DescriptionElectro‑Mechanical Technicians | Aurora, CO
Bring your electrical, mechanical, and automation expertise to a growing operation that’s driving the next generation of packaging and automation technology. In this role, you’ll troubleshoot complex systems, support custom machinery builds, and contribute to continuous improvement in a clean, climate‑controlled facility built for precision and innovation.
Pay: $28.00–$36.00/hr
Shift: 1st Shift — Monday–Thursday or Monday–Friday
What You’ll Do
- Review production requirements to ensure accuracy and alignment with build schedules
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues and perform detailed root‑cause analysis
- Build and retrofit automated machinery, including executing change orders
- Apply PLC knowledge to enhance equipment performance, upgrades, and modifications
- Use CAD and electrical schematics to support design and troubleshooting
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with engineering, production, and maintenance teams to drive successful project execution
Skills & Qualifications
- Mechanical Engineering Degree is a plus but not required
- Strong mechanical assembly skills and experience with industrial or automated equipment
- Power up and debugging experience
- Experience in preventive maintenance, equipment repair, and blueprint interpretation
- Mechanical assembly skills can be developed on the job, but prior experience is beneficial
- Experience in automation, packaging, or custom equipment environments is highly desirable
- Familiarity with PLCs, CAD, and electro‑mechanical systems is a strong advantage

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $58000.00 - $75000.00/yr.
