We're seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager specializing in Trucking to work REMOTELY for our office in Greenville, OH.

The Account Manager will service an established book of Commercial trucking business, by providing excellent customer service and building client relationships.

How will you affect the business?

  • Effectively manage high volume of incoming calls
  • Identify and assess client needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Quoting, endorsements, certificates and will own the renewal process.
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions/alternatives within the time limits and follow-up to ensure a resolution.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of customer service experience working commercial lines insurance preferably trucking
  • Property and Casualty Insurance License
  • Experience with agency management systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
