Office Manager


$50,000 - $60,000 starting salary, depending on your level of experience. Leaders Holding Co, a 55-year-old Florida family-owned home accessory & outdoor furniture manufacturer, distributor, and retailer with 20 locations across Florida, is looking for an office manager to join our team.     • Payment Processing & Application
    • Customer Account Reconciliation
    • Finance Processing
    • Collections
  • Event Planning and execution
  • Process & Approve Expense Reports
  • Sales Tax Reporting
  • Accounts Payable Support
  • Banking & Cash Flow Reconciliation
  • Supply Ordering

Minimum Requirements

  • NetSuite experience a plus
  • Knowledgeable in Office 365
  • Experience creating documents, forms, and procedures
  • Understand debits, credits, and financial statements.
  • Able to organize and conduct meetings with a visual presentation
  • Comfortable speaking in front of a small group
  • Able to develop well-thought-out plans and execute
  • Honesty
  • Humility
  • Desire to win
