Position Overview:

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and qualified Occupational Therapist (OT) for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time opportunity offers the chance to work across multiple school locations, supporting students in achieving their academic and functional goals. The district is actively seeking one additional therapist and is open to both local candidates and travel professionals.

Work Schedule:

* Monday – Friday
* 37.5 hours per week
* 2026–2027 School Year

Compensation & Benefits:

* $40-$45 per hour based on experience and qualifications

Position Details:

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide occupational therapy services in accordance with students’ IEP goals
* Conduct evaluations and complete required documentation
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
* Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
* Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
* Support students in developing functional, academic, and independent living skills
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy services and student progress

Qualifications:

* Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
* Active state Occupational Therapist license (or ability to obtain)
* Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Ability to travel between assigned school locations
